Mission: To promote and realize a "new culture" of attention to human needs in order to "take charge" of the suffering person in his global dimension as a person at the center of our activities of care, treatment, palliative care, rehabilitation, research, training, childcare, services for the elderly and terminally ill, giving priority to those who are in greatest need, including innovative and experimental solutions.

Vision: To develop our identity and presence within the framework of the social and health care system inspired by the principles of Christian charity, proposing today the values of Don Carlo Gnocchi, who has always been an ideal reference point for future projects on a national and international level, establishing appropriate forms of connection, participation and cooperation with institutions with similar aims, favouring the relationship with the expressions of voluntary work.
