To this end, the university community is mobilizing to : to enrich knowledge and culture through research and creation and to ensure its impact in training and in the local, national and international environment and outreach; to ensure the basic and advanced training of individuals at different stages of life in the most up-to-date state of knowledge and practice that it makes accessible to them in a wide range of disciplines and fields of study at all three levels; to promote student success through a stimulating living environment, appropriate pedagogical and financial supports, and diversified teaching methods; serve communities by mobilizing its resources and disseminating its expertise to partners from various economic, professional and cultural backgrounds and to social groups; contribute to intellectual, scientific, cultural, technological and social innovation and socially responsible development; contribute to critical reflection on collective issues.
