Mission: (1) Enhance healthcare quality and promote national health Utilize novel and innovative strategies to develop inter-school alliances, engender diverse technology that confronts professional needs for “birth, aging, sickness, death,” and develop healthcare skills. (2) Fulfill strategies toward healthcare management personnel Establish a school research mechanism, identify orientation and strategy, open communications and promotional mechanisms, and encourage various departments/colleges to build services that upgrade competitive strength and promote school affairs. (3) Develop international exchanges and alliances culminating in globalized interchanges between teachers and students Establish a resource-reward mechanism, attend international symposiums, encourage international multilateral exchange, implement reciprocity credit systems or international courses, and boost recruitment to enhance the global competitiveness. (4) Establish a quality learning environment and welcoming campus culture, which offers students both professional skills and human social qualities. Manage a quality learning and living environment, endow students with professional skills and human social qualities, foster interactions between teachers and students, brainstorm novel teaching methods, and embrace a spiritually-fulfilling school culture. (5) Fulfill teacher evaluations, enhance teaching quality, and encourage professional growth Arouse teachers’ enthusiasm for creativity, improve teaching effectiveness, perform teacher evaluations and demonstrations, develop multi-disciplinary creative teaching programs, and form taskforces dedicated to studying integration, seminal research projects, and fund raising. (6) Foster cooperation between industry and academia, creating opportunities for teachers and students in R&D, management, and practice. Develop an industry-academy cooperation that enhances practical knowledge of teachers and students; recruit experts with significant real-world experience to upgrade study levels. (7) As exemplary school mottos, highlight music, physical education, and compassion for all; as well as care for people and active participation in social services based on academic specialties. Value holistic general education, human culture, and community service via courses and clubs. (8) Enrich school funds and financial management Creatively strive for government subsidies, plan innovative fund-raising methods, emphasize educational performance, maintain campus facilities and outsourcing effects, develop cost measurement mechanisms, and responsibly manage resources to enrich the school fund. (9) Upgrade school attractiveness and construct a friendly campus To upgrade administrative performance, install fair and reasonable performance ratings; enhance practical knowledge and distill educational training; stimulate colleagues’ potential to protect employees’ right to work and welfare. (10) Pursue excellence and sustainable development Manage human resources and budgets of various units, fulfill departmental performance appraisals, build intra-school self-assessment mechanisms, and inspire the pursuit of excellence to increase common consensus, gather collective force, and enhance organizational performance in pursuing excellence and sustainability.
