Mission: The Institut Paoli-Calmettes (IPC) is a Cancer Control Centre (CLCC) governed by the Public Health Code. As such, it is entrusted by law with a public service mission in the field of cancerology.
The missions of the Paoli-Calmettes Institute:
-prevention and screening for cancer;
-diagnostic and clinical management of patients throughout their entire journey and according to the adapted modes of care (conventional hospitalisation, day hospital, home hospitalisation);
-research on all diagnostic and therapeutic aspects of cancer pathology;
-teaching and continuing education in cancerology.
