Mission: Minia University works to achieve its vision by providing an academic education to keep pace with age requirements, preparing distinguished generations capable of compete in labour markets in specific fields locally and regionally and internationally, as well Excellency in scientific research and technology, in addition to implement research projects which contribute to face Minia governorate challenges and Upper-Egypt.

Vision: Minia University is keen to have a distinguished academic position inside and outside, as it provides high-quality education, offers the best opportunities for scientific researchers to do significant research that can compete worldwide, develops Egyptian countryside and slum areas, as well desert reconstruction, in addition to attract businessmen and industry to make a partnership with University which making it compete locally, regionally and internationally.
