To train human resources at undergraduate and graduate levels capable of tackling problems in the same subject areas with solvency and creativity
Vision: A center recognized nationally and internationally for its contributions to the development of scientific knowledge and for the training of excellent human resources linked to the resolution of agronomic problems and the sustainable use of natural resources in relation to the central disciplines of the Institute's work.
