UNIVERSITY AND SOCIETY To play a relevant role in shaping a democratic, fair and pluralistic society that combines progress with respect for people and the environment. INTERNAL MANAGEMENT To optimise the public resources that society places at our disposal and to promote the development of people, groups and units of the URV.

Vision: The University of the integral formation of the people, where one learns to: Being : promotes the development of personality, autonomy, self-judgment and responsibility, taking advantage of all the qualities of people.
