Mission: As the core organization in the field of international health care and medical cooperation in Japan, the National Center for Global Health and Medicine conducts research and a variety of other activities aimed at the improvement of international healthcare and medical cooperation.

The following data gives a quick reading on the scientific performance in the last years. The research ranking refers to the volume, impact and quality of the institution's research output.
