Mission: In terms of care: The Mohammed VI University Hospital provides tertiary level care. In this regard, it offers current and specialized medical and surgical services in emergency and / or scheduled activities. In terms of training: The CHU fulfills this mission in partnership with the Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy and the Institute for Training in Health Careers. As such, it contributes to clinical university and postgraduate medical and pharmaceutical education and participates in the practical training of nursing staff. In terms of scientific research, expertise and innovation: The CHU contributes to scientific research in health in accordance with public policies in this area and in collaboration with research establishments, carries out biomedical and technical forensic expertise. The CHU contributes to innovation in the field of health and constitutes a reference level for the public authorities in terms of clinical research. In terms of public health: The CHU participates in actions to promote health, prevention and health security, provides health education for its users and promotes therapeutic education, sets up mechanisms to guarantee patient safety and participates in the organization and medical regulation of pre-hospital and hospital emergencies.
