Research Centers: To generate a predisposing environment for the scientific work of scholarship holders and researchers, for which research centers are created and/or associated and subsidies and grants are awarded, within the framework of approved plans, projects and/or programs.
Scientific information: To maintain updated information on the provincial scientific reality, to gather and to facilitate the necessary informative material for the investigations, including advice.
