Foundation: 1928

Mission: The IRCCS Foundation Istituto Nazionale dei Tumori plays the role of provider of continuing education within the regional system. It plans, designs, delivers and verifies the events in the training plans, allocating training credits to professionals. The training offer therefore satisfies the regulatory indications provided by the National Commission for Continuing Education, promoted by the Ministry of Health and the Lombardy Region, according to the ECM-CPD (Continuing Medical Education - Continuous Professional Development) model.

Vision: The IRCCS National Cancer Institute Foundation is a structure of excellence for training and teaching in oncology. Through the creation of training courses aimed at developing specialist and transversal skills, it accompanies the professional growth of its staff, also supporting university and post-graduate training.
