Mission: Our mission is to conduct and promote highest, top quality research. We maintain close relations with Wrocław and Lower Silesia. We are also open to cooperation with other institutions of higher education and domestic and foreign businesses. We desire to build a centre for scientific, intellectual and cultural life together. We believe that a high level of education, an exchange of concepts and ideas, and multiculturalism – of students and lecturers – constitute a foundation for a civic society, for which development is the most important goal.
