Vision: The vision of NOVA is to be a global and civic university in the 21st century. The NEW will be a global university because, in its strategic areas, its teaching and research will be conducted in genuinely international environments. And it will be a civic university because all its strategic activity will be deeply committed to the development of the society, culture and economy of the region where it is inserted, the country and Europe.
