Mission: -To meet the country's training needs, produce and disseminate knowledge and develop skills in various fields. -Developing knowledge, mastering technology and promoting it through research and encouraging innovation, individual and collective creation in the various fields of knowledge. -To ensure scientific, pedagogical and administrative coordination between its institutions. -Participate in the country's development actions, support the different sectors of national activity and prepare students for the creation of projects and economic enterprises. -Encourage cultural, sports and social activities. -Establish partnership and cooperation links with similar bodies around the world with a view to establishing co-degrees, co-leading research work leading to university degrees, exchanging experts and expertise and carrying out joint research in relation to development priorities.
