Mission: ESIC's Mission is articulated in the following aspects: -The training of professionals capable of creating companies and organizations or performing in them, with responsibility and effectiveness, managerial or technical work, at any hierarchical level and in any of the areas of company activity, influencing the field of marketing both nationally and internationally. -The dissemination, both in Spanish society and in international society, of a culture of appreciation of ethical values and rationality in business that opens channels of communication between academic activity and business and promotes the business vocation of university students. -The promotion of scientific, technical and social research on business, marketing and communication, not only promoting projects by the members of the School themselves, but also providing means of dissemination of thought and research action to those outside the School in national and international environments.

The following data gives a quick reading on the scientific performance in the last years. The research ranking refers to the volume, impact and quality of the institution's research output. The innovation ranking is calculated on the number of patent applications of the institution and the citations that its research output receives from patents.
