Mission: "Promover y estrechar las relaciones y el intercambio de conocimiento entre los investigadores y los grupos de investigación que pertenecen a los distintos centros que constituyen IdiSNA, promover la colaboración con otras instituciones y entidades públicas y privadas, potenciar las alianzas y llevar a cabo una investigación traslacional con repercusión clínica y optimizar los recurso creando servicios comunes y estructuras de gestión más eficientes.

Vision: "Convertirse en un Centro de investigación de excelencia que sea un referente a nivel de la Comunidad Foral de Navarra, Nacional e Internacional, liderar la investigación científica básica, clínica y traslacional, ser un referente de confianza para la sociedad, las instituciones públicas y privadas a nivel internacional y contribuir de manera significativa a la generación de nuevos conocimientos, a su aplicación a la práctica asistencial y al entorno empresarial y a la formación de nuevos investigadores en biomedicina.
