Vision: 1- There is an urgent need for the establishment of an academic scientific institution that teaches pure and human sciences with a clear Islamic vision. 2- The necessity of providing society and the labor market with scientific competencies fortified intellectually and behaviorally to enrich the scientific renaissance witnessed by our new Iraq. 3- The need to contribute with official scientific institutions in attracting Iraqi youth towards the fields of knowledge and knowledge instead of drifting into fields that may harm society. 4- The noble city of Najaf has its own scientific and cognitive peculiarities that are effective in the cultural and scientific renaissance. Therefore, it is free for its people to establish a scientific edifice commensurate with the status of this city.
The following data gives a quick reading on the scientific performance in the last years. The research ranking refers to the volume, impact and quality of the institution's research output. The innovation ranking is calculated on the number of patent applications of the institution and the citations that its research output receives from patents. Finally, the societal ranking is based on the number of pages of the institution's website and the number of backlinks and mentions from social networks.
The result of the evaluation of the institution can be compared to obtain a view of the country, the region to which it belongs and the institutions of the world, placing it in their respective positions.
