Foundation: 2009

Mission: MPC es un centro de investigación dedicado a promover la investigación fundamental de vanguardia en materiales avanzados, así como a crear nuevas generaciones de científicos altamente cualificados. Por tanto, el objetivo general de MPC es crear un entorno científico y humano de alta calidad dedicado a la investigación de excelencia en el área de Física de los Materiales.

Vision: La visión del centro es convertirse en una referencia mundial en Ciencia y Tecnología de Nano-Materiales, desarrollando una estrategia enfocada en temas de investigación específicos que puedan ser liderados desde la comunidad científica de Euskadi. Los principios rectores del MPC son la excelencia en ciencia fundamental, la capacitación de jóvenes científicos, el enfoque internacional colaborativo, así como la divulgación y comunicación tanto a la comunidad científica como a la sociedad en general.
